Having studied Chen Tai Chi since 1996, Jian Taiji are passionate about passing on traditional Chen Taijiquan skills and ethics. Combining fluid circular movements with relaxed breathing, Taiji (Tai Chi) improves co-ordination, flexibility and joint strength, reduces stress and increases overall fitness.

With Chen Taiji classes available across Manchester, Tameside and Stockport, we ensure that the benefits to health, well-being and martial arts, are taught in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Along with providing traditional training in our public classes, Jian Taiji also specialise in tailored group sessions, personal training and corporate events.

All levels of fitness and ability are welcome and Jian Taiji instructors, Ian and Janet, go to great lengths to ensure every student receives personalised as well as general class instruction to aid their learning.
